  • Stringent credit checking and referencing of all prospective tenants to minimise the unlikely event of selecting the wrong tenant, finding the right tenant makes life easier all round.

  • The drawing up and completing of a compliant Tenancy Agreement.

  • Collecting the monthly rent and accounting to the landlord.

  • Dealing with all queries from the tenant.

  • Assist in the provision of legally required certificates such as the Energy Performance Certificate and Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate and others to ensure your property is compliant.

  • A list of tried and tested maintenance contractors who we can rely on to do any required works to a property.

  • On a tenant find only service you as the landlord are  responsible for the following, property inventory (we can provide one at an additional fee, please refer to the landlord fee section), property inspections and registering the tenants bond.
